Data Processing Through Visiting Our Website

Every time you access our website and each time a file is retrieved, access data is stored in a log file.

This data set consists of:

  • The name of the file
  • The date and time of the request
  • The page from which the file was requested
  • The amount of data transferred
  • The access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
  • A description of the type of web browser and operating system used

  • The stored data is collected exclusively for statistical purposes.

This website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are used to make the website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

This website uses transient cookies. These are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes session cookies, which store a session ID that allows various requests from your browser to be assigned to the same session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences, for example, by rejecting third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website if you do so.

Web Analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer to help analyze how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being sent to and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via this link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Alternatively, particularly for browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link: (Code: "javascript()").

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This ensures that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, which excludes the possibility of linking them to a specific person. If personal data is collected about you, it will be anonymized immediately and deleted.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the usage of our website and to improve it regularly. The statistics we obtain help us improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. In exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Embedding of Google Maps, BVG Web Widget, Jameda Seal, and Doctolib

On this website, we use the Google Maps service to display interactive maps directly on the website and to provide convenient use of the map function.

When you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the respective subpage of our website. We have no influence over the data collected and the data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the storage periods. We also do not have precise information regarding the deletion of collected data. The data processing occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or customized website design. Such an evaluation is particularly carried out (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-driven advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact Google to exercise this right.

For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please see the provider's privacy policy. There, you will also find more information about your rights and options to protect your privacy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

BVG Web Widget (Journey Information)

This website uses the BVG Fahrinfo product from the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of the data automatically collected by BVG and its representatives or third parties. We have no influence over the data processing. The BVG's terms of use can be found in the "Data Protection Information for BVG.de" at https://www.bvg.de/en/privacy.

Jameda Seal

Our website features seals or widgets from jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan-Straße 41, 81669 Munich. A widget is a small window that displays variable information. The Jameda seal works similarly, meaning it changes its display. Although the content is displayed on our website, it is retrieved from jameda's servers. This is the only way to display the current content, particularly the most recent rating. For this, a data connection is established from our website to jameda, and jameda receives certain technical data (e.g., date and time of the visit; the page from which the request was made; IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and similar technical information). These data are only used for content delivery and are not stored or used otherwise.

We include these elements to display accurate and current content on our website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. For more information about data processing by jameda, please see the privacy policy at www.jameda.de.

Doctolib

On our website, you have the option to schedule appointments with us. For booking appointments, we use Doctolib. The provider is Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin (hereinafter "Doctolib").

For the purpose of booking an appointment, you will need to enter the requested data and your preferred appointment time into the designated form. The data entered will be used for scheduling, managing, and possibly following up on the appointment. The appointment data will be stored for us on Doctolib's servers. You can view Doctolib's privacy policy here: https://www.doctolib.de/terms/agreement.

The data you enter will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in providing a user-friendly appointment scheduling system for potential clients and customers. If explicit consent is requested, the processing is solely based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR / Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) under the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

External Links

This website contains links to third-party websites ("external links"). These websites are the responsibility of their respective operators. The provider reviewed the external content for potential legal violations when initially linking to these external sites. No violations were apparent at that time. The provider has no influence on the current or future design or content of the linked pages. A continuous review of the external links without specific indications of legal violations is unreasonable for the provider. We hereby explicitly distance ourselves from the content of all linked pages on this website. This declaration applies to all links on our homepage. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

Social Media Plugins

We integrate functions and content from social networks into our online offering, which are obtained from the servers of these networks.

Embedding these features always requires that the third-party providers of these contents process the users' IP addresses, as they cannot send the content to their browsers without it. Therefore, the IP address is necessary for the display of these contents or functions. Third-party providers may also use "pixel tags" (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. Through these pixel tags, information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website can be evaluated. Pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device, containing technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit times, and additional data on the use of our online offering. This information may also be combined with data from other sources.

Please note that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This could pose risks to users, such as difficulty in enforcing their rights.

Additionally, user data is usually processed by social networks for market research and advertising purposes. For instance, usage profiles can be created based on user behavior and interests, which may be used to display ads both within and outside of the networks that are presumably aligned with the users' interests. For these purposes, cookies are typically stored on users' devices, capturing their usage behavior and interests. Moreover, data in the usage profiles may be stored independently of the devices used (particularly if the users are members of the respective platforms and logged in).

For a detailed overview of the respective processing forms and opt-out options, please refer to the privacy policies and information provided by the operators of the respective networks.

Facebook:

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the phrase "Facebook Social Plugin." When you click on it, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by Facebook and integrated into the website. By embedding the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have visited the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can associate your visit with your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the "Like" button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. For more information on the purpose and scope of the data collection, its further processing and use by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings options to protect your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our site.

In the case of a successful application (contract conclusion), your data will be transferred to your personnel file; otherwise, your data will be deleted within six months of rejection. Any further use or transfer of your application data to third parties will not occur.

The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal remains unaffected.

Upon request, we will provide you, in accordance with the legal requirements (Art. 13 ff.
