This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This allows for the processing of truncated IP addresses, thereby eliminating any personal association. If you are identified by the data about you that has been retrieved, this will immediately be ruled out and the personal information immediately deleted.
We use Google Analytics to analyse usage of our website and to regularly improve it. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our service and make it more interesting for you as a user. IV. Integration of Google Maps and BVG Web Widget
1. On this website we use the service Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly in the website, and to make it possible for you to comfortably use the map function.
By visiting the website Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. We neither have any influence on the retrieved data and data processing processes, nor are we aware of the full scope of the data retrieval, the purposes of the processing, or the storage periods. We also have no exact information on the deletion of the stored data. The data processing occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in, or whether there is no user account. If you are logged into Google your data are directly allocated to your account. If you do not wish for allocation to your Google profile, you must log out before clicking the button. 2. BVG Web Widget (Fahrinfo)
This website uses the product BVG Fahrinfo from the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe. V. Processing personal information

1. We process your personal information to process your request, e.g. through our contact form, but not beyond that. This also applies to online appointments. Depending on the content of your request, however, we reserve the right to store data longer to fulfil legal retention obligations, e.g. as required by tax law or professional obligations.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, unless required to do so to answer your request or if such is allowed and required by law.

2. We use the chat programme "Userlike" for getting in touch. The data that you enter into the form is conveyed to us. Depending on the specific usage of the chat programme, persona information is processed by the manufacturer if such is required for Userlike to render their service. For example, this concerns the content of chats or chat processes that are processed or stored with the IT infrastructure provided for the service. We have no influence over this.

3. We use the software "CGM LIFE eSERVICES", which we have integrated into our homepage, when setting an appointment for an initial consultation at Kinderwunsch. The manufacturer states that they use encryption to store the data in a safe server in Germany, so that only you and we have access to the personal information. We have no influence over the processing thereof.
